Can somebody please buy this so I can stop looking at it? I called and she is willing to negotiate from her asking price of $1900. There is a small leak in the window above the seating area and another over the sink, 2 burner stove. Unsure if fridg works, propane heater, insulated with foam padding that needs regluing in a couple spots. No pics yet until her son goes to help her. I just can't believe it is still there.

Well we will see what happens.. I asked for some more pictures and going to try and go down and see it in person in a day or two...

Thar be some issues with that trailer! Mold on the inside. The Ensolite is separating from the wall. Not to mention the perceived roof collapse.
It has a furnace and the original tail lights. The jacks seem to work.
Please see if you can get more pictures. Please request all four sides and wider inside shots then the one provided.

Well I pulled the trigger on another one brought it home Tuesday was able to get it for $800 but there's a lot to be done to it, at one time or another a tree must have fell on it and someone done a horrible job fixing it.. The poor lady said she and her husband gave $2800.00 when they bought it a few years back with a plan to fix it up.. Since then they have divorced and she wanted it gone... It's going to take some real fiberglass repairs to get it where it needs to be the whole right side roof is caved in and the cabinet is torn loose from the roof and leaning forward 6 inches....Look for a new series of pictures and postings on this one.. Will probably start on it sometime next week weather permitting...

Randy,
Even though we haven't seen your new project, there are probably only a handful of people this forum that have the drive and expertise to tackle a large project like you have described.
Happy renovating and we look forward to seeing pics of your project!
You are indeed the Trillium King!
