Saw this one....I think the Skamp misspelling might be making it tougher to be seen in searches so thought I'd refer it here.

Thanks for the heads up!

I am looking at this one tomorrow. I was going to go today, but have a sick little one and a spouse at the vikings game....so I am pretty much stuck for now. The only thing he could tell me was wrong with it was a 1 to 1 1/2 inch gap at the bottom of the door. He also mentioned it had a two burnerstove and a gas line running to it, but said he had never used it. It is only about 40 minutes out of the way taking someone to the airport, so I am swinging over tomorrow...... How bad a gap is that to deal with? By the way...I totally missed this and it is posted on the CL that I use all the time....gotta be the mis-spelling! Thanks for posting it!

At first I noticed this was posted previously too ( both listings showing) but it looks like the previous one is now gone. Can't recall the date, but it was a number of weeks ago.

Thought it might make a difference if you get into negotiations.

I tried to convince my sister she needed this one without luck ;-)

Fixable. It could be, since the trailer is 26 years old, the brass balls in the hinges are worn out. Those are replaceable and it may lift the door up to seal the gap. Check the top of the door to body fit. If you see where the door looks like it has slide down, that's the fix.

Awesome...let's hope that's what it is....he is the second owner and maintains that both he and the previous owner stored in inside....so we'll see.....that would be an awesome way to end the year huh?

The door has about a two and a half inch gap....lots of space for critters to get in. It looks the the top of the door was ok though....but one of the hinges was loose in the fiberglass and there were cracks around both of them....otherwise looked pretty good. I think i will stick with the newer more expensive one i have my eye on though....had more things that i wanted....
