That's the major problem with so many "out there" concepts to me, very few of them ever get finished. And he thinks he going to get more than $4k for a gutted out shell that has to be piggy-backed on a flatbed? ...After he's removed all of what made the original design distinctive??

Such a waste! It USED TO BE a truly rare 1st generation Fiber Stream.
