We love the wireless Tekonsha. there is a discussion thread here somewhere from when we were considering it two years ago. we have not had a problem. a little fussy to set up and you have to install the box on your tongue in exactly the right spot but once you are set up, you are set. see the video on the Tekonsha web site.
