I currently have a 74 Boler with the original 13" rims.

My tires are worn and will need replacing soon.

I was wondering if I'd be able to replace rim and tire with a 14" size?

Has anyone done this, and if so are there any clearance issues between the tire and the upper wheel well?

Thanks.

....does the Boler have 4 or 5 bolt holes.
If its only got 4 holes and you want to go to larger (taller) wheels n tires, you may be s.o.l!!!

A 'conversion' can be made for not too many paychecks, LOL!!!

Jayson,

I was running P15580R13 (passenger tires) on my Boler with no issues.

I recently upgraded to ST175 80R13 (trailer tires) for the bit of extra height and the extra weight handling capacity. My trailer probably weighs in at around 2300 lbs when loaded for camping. The ST tires give me a load rating of 2720 pounds so I am well within my limits.

My axle is a 3500 lb torsion axle with a trailing arm suspension.
