Chevy Colorado

I am looking at upgrading from a 16 foot scamp to a 19 foot fifth wheel. but I am looking for a new tow vehicle, first. I am looking at a Colorado Diesel. Is any one out there pulling with the Colorado Diesel. I was wondering what kind of fuel mileage a can expect

I am pulling a 17' Boler with a 2016 Colorado on gas. It pulls effortlessly and doesn't seem to use as much gas as I expected but I don't have any numbers to give you. Sorry.
The diesel should do better in my opinion but I personally prefer the gas version.
