I have a Uhaul CT13 which is like the 13' Burro. I was wonder what length drop hitch I should use if I pull the trailer with a full size pickup?

I would park the trailer on level ground, then level the tongue and back the pickup up to it, like you were going to hook it up, then measure the amount of drop you need.
You want the trailer as close to level as you can get it when you are going down the road.

Yes, and tongue down is preferable over tongue up.

That is exactly what Casita did when we picked up our trailer. We had to turn the drop hitch over because the hitch on our Ridgeline is low and we have the high-lift axle.

One more point though - the trailer should be level when the hitch weight is applied so you need to take any bumper movement in to account. On the Ridgeline that is an inch or two.

I've got a 6" drop hitch in the barn. That might be too much of a drop.

First, buy some stick-on level gages. These are cheap, and readily available. One of the best purchases/$ I've made. Next, I bought an adjustable drop hitch. Tow, adj. tow, adj. till' you've got it right; then buy a solid hitch of the right hight. For me that involved new leaf springs in the TV, new axle, lift, and larger wheels on the trailer, before I got it all sorted out! That adj. hitch is now spare parts for other trailers and vehicles in the family.
