I also use the G.O.A.L. method when I'm within a couple of feet from the trailer's tongue. I want to know
just how far away I am so that I don't dent anything. I want that soft "landing"!
My problem is backing the trailer into my driveway upon returning from my adventures. I've adopted some ideas I found on this forum. But this sometimes becomes a hit or miss operation. My husband is usually on hand to "help", but we're still working on our commincation skills.
