how to move scamp into tight parking spot

I remember hearing about a some type of hydraulic jack ? to move a scamp around it had a wheel the attached to the hitch. Does anyone know what this is called? or does anyone have any suggestions I have a tight spot to keep the scamp in and not enough room to back it in with my car. It is also slightly elevated so hopefully it will move easily.

Or something like this:
Haul-Master Item 39757 Moving Dolly, 1000 Lb. Hardwood
with a piece of plywood across the middle.

I have both, the trailer dolly is easier to use when pulling the trailer, the moving dolly , with the tongue jack resting on it, is easier to use when pushing the trailer, especially if you are going up any grade.

I've been using one of the three dolly things used to move snowmobiles. Works well, but I think Mr. Miller's works as well and costs a lot less.

If that works for you that's great.
If you're on gravel it wouldn't work very good, the casters aren't large enough. Pushing the trailer up an incline on a hard surface with no means of braking other than your strength might not be a good idea. The Harbor Freight Trailer dolly and others like it have a skid that can do some braking, which I've had to use a few times.

I think the other plug on my truck is a 7 way , could I just het a 6way adaptor and plug it into the truck? Or will I still have issues since the 4 way isnt working..I did check bulbs and wires already and they all look good
