How to PROPERLY Back Up A Trailer!

With all the discussion about proper tow vehicles, tongue weights and the inevitable how to back up a trailer questions I have found a great educational video from Volkswagon promoting their new "Trailer Assist" option for those of you that may need a little help backing up your trailer.

Once again Volkswagon computer vehicle programming continues to allow VW's to do amazing things for their customers!

I got the biggest laugh over this video! I had to watch it twice just to laugh again. Thanks for the link.

That's funny! Just bought a VW sportwagon last night, going to pick it up today. I may try showing them.

Thats funny. I remember when I was still a teenager, lo these many years ago, there was a semi truck with an exceptionally long trailer going past the red light I was sitting at and when the end of that long trailer went by I could see a guy underneath the trailer steering the rear wheels on the trailer.

Well worth the viewing !! What a crazy idea . I also thought it was simply film run backwards . The looks of spectators was priceless. Thanks for sharing . Lee and Norma
