larger tires

I will soon be replacing the tires and rims on our 13 foot Burro. We currently have the original 13inch tires and rims. What would the advantages or disadvantages of installing 14inch tires and rims. I have heard everything from less wind drag ( due to raising trailer less wind drag on bottom of unit ) better ride, improved stability to less stability, no change etc. I am considering either Carlisle or 550 Loadstar tires. Does anyone have experience with either one ?

Speaking to the wind drag part, I think it would depend on what you're towing with. My Boler, for example, already lines up pretty well with the bottom of my car, so raising it would only give me more wind resistance at the top of the trailer. If I had a higher truck, then perhaps the Boler would be "dragging" wind on the bottom; so it depends on your trailer/vehicle combination.
