Last minute advice before purchase....

Hi everyone,

I asked lots of newbie questions a year ago. But now I am ready to purchase and become a Full-timer. My TV is a Subaru Outback 3.6, and am about to buy a Scamp 13, front bunk, standard model, for lightest weight and price. One person and 2 cats.

I am waiting on final quotes, and will be going to get a hitch. Any last minute advice before I write the check would be appreciated. ? 2 in hitch with 7 pin ?
Subaru only sells a 1 1/4. Thanks.......It's so exciting!!

I did not like the way/place/position the trailer shop mounted the 7 pin on my F-150. Luckily they left enough slack in the wire I was able to move it over and mount it like it should have been done to start with. To be honest, I would not have wanted to pay them to do it right as it required a little thought, re-engineering, and fabrication on my part. If (when) I do it over (with another TV) I will get the bracket & connector from them and mount it myself, and then tell them to run the wires to it.
