Let some air out when weight off tires?

Hi!
Just wondering if I should let some pressure off Kuhmo tires when the rig is jacked up for storage this winter and the tires are off the ground. The pressure is 65# for towing.

The Scamp manual says to take some weight off of axle and drop tire pressure
10 - 15 LBs
