Interesting for sure. I'm guessing about 21 ft. I couldn't find any details.
"Its body is joined together by over 5,000 hand-bucked rivets to form a single, incredibly tough “monocoque” shell."
And only $20/ rivet. Raz

No thanks I just imagine a hail storm. I'll stick with all molded fiberglass.

Am I missing something .....or is it really much more aerodynamic at the back than the front ?

Check out the price
Look under "Reserve" in the top navigation bar.
That's $100,000....yeah...one hundred thousand dollars!!!!
At that price it should come with a lifetime gas card.
Sheesh.

They are claiming an aerodynamic design but how can that be when the front is straight up and down?

It is actually the back that makes the most difference. Air will pile up in the front in a fairly aerodynamic shape. If the back is not sloped, then the air flow will separate from the trailer causing a large turbulent vacuum behind the trailer. If it tapers, like this trailer, then the air pulls in behind in a smooth higher pressure wake. Thus, less drag.
This is why they can make cab over trucks and not have them consume vastly more fuel then a long nose truck.

For best mileage, it is supposed to be pushed rather than pulled.

Hmmmm...single axle!
There are still some of the original Bowluses out there, including this one for sale in California 1935 Bowlus Trailer
As for the "new" one in the video: is it just my eyes, or does some of that aluminum siding look as if it's been pounded out, dents-wise?

Yikes, asking price 75G's. A new one at 100,000 seems like steal.
The weight of the new one is impressive for the size. Less is best.
