The exhaust from that kind of tow vehicle can remain on the road for quite a while. Another problem with that tow vehicle is you have to fuel it even when not driving.

You mean, it burns a lot of fuel even while idling, he he.
I wonder why they didn't skip the back trailer and just enlarge their buggy. Tandems might be illegal in some states.
