Repair to support beam

I have a 1974 Surfside tm14. The metal frame that runs to the back of the trailer is badly rusted to the point where it no longer supports the rear bumper and one of the support legs has also fallen off. Is it repairable? The axel is ok and the trailer does not appear to sag on the side where the support beam is rusted.
