Spare Tire Carrier for Trillium 1300

The old spare tire carrier for my Trillium 1300 was toast. It was rusty, the studs that the spare tire sits on were broken, and if you look at the pictures, you'll see how the metal had warped down by where the u-bolts attach it to the bumper.
I ended up giving the old carrier to a neighbour of mine who does welding so that he could use it as a template for a new one. He fabricated it using thicker steel, beveled the corners, added reinforcements, and a couple of stays to support the weight of the spare while you put it on the studs. I then took it to a local shop and had it powder coated in semi-gloss black. Looks good I think!

How much, Scotty? Would it work on a 13" Burro?

Hi Lyn... it would run about $300 Canadian. I would need to see what your back bumper looks like before I could even guess. My Trillium has a square tube bumper.
