Tired ole tire question, but...

I acquired some tires already on rims, the markings on them are

145/80 R13 75 T

Are these trailer tires? Are they suitable for my Scamp?

If the answer is no, what it the original size of tire that is supposed to be on my Scamp?

Thanks!

(The brand is CHAMPIRO)

If it doesn't have S/t in it it's not a trailer tire, Champiro is most likely some cheap Chinese tire, 175/70 R13 is what is on my Boler American.
