I will chime in here and say that the Eurovan is very popular in Europe. Over there, it is called the Caravelle. I found the directions for the repair on a British forum for Eurovans.
We have also ordered parts from Europe on ebay. When the salesman did not provide the promised headrests, we bought those and the back support for the bed from German ebay. Happily, most Germans speak English.
Later, we got the promised headrests, so if you need any, we have extras.
