Use the distance between the center of one bolt hole to the center of the bolt hole adjacent to it:
If the distance is:
    • 2-5/8" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-1/2
    • 2-3/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 4-3/4
    • 3" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5
    • 3-1/4" - the bolt pattern is 5 on 5-1/2

    UHaul is 4.75 bolt circle.
  • How is it going Roger?

There are inexpensive tools to measure bolt circle, Eastwood CO. is one source.

I measured my hub's and they measure 4.25 from the first bolt to the third bolt center to center, looks like someone put car Idler hubs on the VT, now I have to find out what car.
It is going great Tom, I am putting a new hitch on the van catagory 4, the old one rusted out, Michigan you know, I have the inspection plate put in the water tank, so I can get into it and clean it out, got it from E-bay, I'll put pictures on soon

Roger does it still have the UHaul wheels? They have a large offset like a front wheel drive car. If the wheels are still UHaul, it just about has to be a 4.75" bolt circle.

No, white trailer wheels, it's a 4.50 bolt circle, 4.25 first bolt to third bolt

If the hub looks like the original but with a 4.5" bolt circle, it could be off another Chevrolet model, like maybe a Celebrity or Lumina??

You might want to do a Google Images search for something like "Chevrolet bearing hub" or similar.
