uhaul tires? need tire size conversion

My tires are Uhaul brand. The tire reads " uhaul not for sale 13x 6.5 6 ply" they are mounted on a 13 inch wheel but when calling tires shops they say they will have to convert the size to modern sizing chart and then never return my call or say that size dosent make sense. Anybody now what size I should be asking for to make their job easy. Just trying to call around and find some in stock but looks like i may have to tow it down to a local shop and have them measure the tire. Anybody deal with this yet?

There are two readily available 13" trailer tire sizes available today. They are;
175-80-13 - 6.88 inches wide and 24 inches diameter
185-80-13 - 7.28 inches wide and 24.65 inches diameter

These measurements are for a new tire. A worn tire would have a smaller diameter. The width is measured an the widest point on the tire (usually the sidewall) with the tire mounted on a wheel and inflated.

If it was me, I would get the biggest ones that would fit and give me decent wheel well clearance. I would use a readily available size so if I'm on a trip and need to get a new tire it would be available.
