Weight 16' Scamp?

Anyone have an idea of what the actual weight of a 1993 16 ft. Scamp would be? I also don't know the "dry weight". Thinking of buying one

I weighed my Scamp 16 a while back, while on the way home from a trip. It was too darn close to 3,000 pounds.

My 1992 16' side bath appears on the Trailer Weights in the Real world thread twice and it has been weighed many other times and it come in at between 2500 and 2600lbs every time. The trailer had no water in any tanks at any of the weigh ins and it was VERY lightly loaded - does not have AC or a microwave etc...

My 91 16' Scamp SD with bath weighed 2560 lbs. ready to travel.
That's with a group 29 battery, full water tank, 50W solar system and dual propane tanks.

Our 2007 Scamp 16'er, side dinette (front bath) also weights 2580 lbs fully loaded, ready for a trip.

I'm a single traveler, no water in any of the tanks, battery and "some" propane... sidebath 16' Scamp... 2,300# for 5 days of camping... five gallons of fresh water (in bottles) over the axle and a CASE of BEER

Our Scamp 16 has been weighed over 4 years and consistently comes in between 2500 and 2600 lbs. Of this weight about 200 lbs are tongue weight.

We always carry a 1/2 tank of water, a small air conditioner, one propane tank, one battery. This weight is ready to go for 6 months on the road. For our remaining 2 months on the road we reconfigure for northern climes, the weight staying in the same range.
