Weight of Bigfoot 5th Wheel?

I would like to know the stated dry weight of a 5th wheel Bigfoot. If you know and will tell, inform which rear dining configuration to which you refer: ie. U-shape dinette, 2 sofas, sofa & 2 chairs, etc. Thanks from a Wananbe.

The 1994 sales literature I have only lists one model. Sofa and 1 chair.
Total dry weight 5480, axle weight 4170. hitch weight 1310.

Check out the sticky "trailer weights in the real world" if you haven't done that already.

The Bigfoot published numbers tend to be much lower than the real truth. The same literature shows my trailer at 2100 dry and when I put it on a scale it was 3400 with very little in the trailer.

The following weights are *NOT* dry weights, but fully-loaded-as-their owners-were-towing-them weights:

(of course on a 5th wheel trailer, the "Tongue" weight is actually the "Pin" weight.)

I'm not a Bigfoot expert, but as I recall there were some variations in the design, more fundamental than interior furnishings. For instance, I think some had tandem axles. Those variations will change the weight significantly.

Information is good. Lack of information is not so good, but misinformation is much worse. Check facts, and apply common sense liberally.
