It was probably a Pelsue! The trailer I mean. All molded towable manufactured for the phone company and AT&T: POD | Pelsue

I saw one like that doing a major installation @ a strip mall in Amherst, VA about a year or so ago... it was a mobile workshop. There was standing room only for the 3 guys that were in it, along with a small workbench and a few supplies, but not much more. Looked cool, but I'm not sure what it would be good for in the camping domain, but cool nonetheless.

Yep, that's it.
Maybe install a kitchen and store a couple of coolers and a tent, and you would be set to camp minicar style.
