As a non-participant I really appreciate the write-ups and pictures! It's great seeing folks gathering together and having a great time. Isn't it nice y'all weren't in tents!!

You better beleive it. But there were a few tents behind us, right on the lake shore who were almost blown away. But they were pretty hardy too, they were soaked through anyway, so they went swimming. The water was actualy warmer than the air, about 78°.
For us Bolerites, it was a great time to find leaks. We should have offered a prize for whoever had the most leaks.
But everyone had a great time. We had scheduled a trailer tour for Sunday, to check out everyone's treilers and their modifications and we went ahead with it in the rain. Fortunately it was quite warm so that despite being soaked through, you didn't really notice it.
We plan to make this an annual affair and now that we have had the rain, we should have nothing but sunshine in the future.
