The Eco tour is 10:30am or 6:30pm on Friday. We are planning on the 6:30pm tour as wild life should be more active. The tour is 2 hours long and cost 19.99 per person. I find no discounts shown for experienced campers. reservations are recommended call 877 647 7397 ext 2.
hope that answers you questions.

Musicians...shag along your instrument...we'll jam
Just had a conversation with Pete Peterson and thought we'd make sure you knew to bring along your instruments. We play a variety of music, and Pete can sing most anything.

The EggFest at Goose Island was a rousing success! There were over 50 fiberglass trailers in attendance, though most of them were Scamps. We also had Casitas, a Bigfoot, and a UHaul VT. In the "almost a egg" category was Bill and Greg's R-Pod.
Since I didn't arrive until Friday late afternoon, I missed some of the events, but everyone seemed to have a great time. The campfire and music each night was a real treat. Also, the potluck on Saturday evening had all that great Midwest potluck food that I remember so well from growing up in Minn. and Iowa.
Bit of rain, lots of clouds, cool breezes, and..... mosquitoes! A normal camping event near the upper Mississippi in September.
A big thanks to the Hovinds for being our hosts again this year!
