Hi Alf,

Jessica and I will be there tomorrow (Thursday). We mentioned this group and you when we made our reservation, but my confirmation letter does not indicate a reserved site. I will call them to re-confirm.

See you all soon!

This is a small campground with a seasonal section off to one side. Where ever they put you will be close to the group.

To give you an idea, the majority end up in the sites labelled in orange starting with EW for Electrical - Water on the campground map. A few take the purple SEW bordering that to get Sewer connections.
Camp Map - Riverside Motel & Campground Site Map - Niagara Falls, Ontario Canada - not far from Buffalo New York

Once around the campground perimeter is considered a short walk by our dogs.

Har, har! Twenty miles would be a short walk for your dogs, Roy. But yes, it is a small campground. If you stood in the centre you might be able to see all the trailers. Plenty of trees too.

Hi: All... The beans are baked. Always better the more times you cook 'em. I hope lots of diverse foods and deserts show up.
Hope all the early bird (Thursday) campers get settled in and enjoy some R&R and sightseeing. See you friday!!!DON'T FORGET to bring some woolies!!! Traditionally cool on Fri. Eve
It is, after all, a tourist destination...so I hope everyone brought their own parking space. We were there two weeks ago and enjoyed 2 tours of the casino parking building and couldn't find a parking space!!! That was Sat. Eve in Aug. this is Sept. Could be diff. now!!!

I have a page with photos from the Friday start of the 2013 Niagara Wine Escape here. I'll add more as the weekend progresses.

Lots of new friends and more great photos from Jon. Thank you.
Enjoyed looking at all the different models of Escapes. The 15 foot would do us nicely.

Yes, it was a great event, glad you liked the Escapes James.

I visited Sat. with the intent of seeing the Escapes since we've decided that's the trailer we want, but now after seeing every size (except the 21) it's making it harder as to whether we go smaller or bigger!

I hear the cure for twofooitis is going over to the white side and Escaping what ails you.

Thanks Alf for putting this together again. It was great meeting with friends old and new. Missed the people that did not make it this year. Even missed some of the regular food at the pot luck, like Elaine's pulled pork and Karen's coffee.

Sorry to say this Alf, but Jon's blueberry pie beats Betty's by a long shot.

Hello All,

To Alf and all of the great people we met at the rally, I would just like to say thank you for making Jessica and me feel so welcome. We enjoyed every moment and hope to participate in many more rallies in the coming year. We are very new to RV'ing (this was our third trip) and received much good advice.

Hope to see everyone next year or at other rallies.

Rick and Jessica

Thanks

We would like to thank everyone for being so friendly and Alf for doing a great job of organizing. We did miss a few people from the past rallies, but there is always next year. We look forward to some of you coming to Florida and visiting us. You will know the house by Tweety under the carport.

Wife and I had a great time with all the Fiberglass fanatics! Just thought I would share a pic of the sunrise on the Niagra I took from our campground.

Hi: All... The Niagara Wine Escape isn't over till it's over!!! So it is for another year. A success in spite of the cool sometimes damp weather.
To all that helped hold things together, a big THANKYOU!!! To Denis for supplying the cake and bubbly to toast his and Thelmas' Anniversary, to Jon for the great pic's....again, Reace& Tammy for the draw prizes again, and others that donated to the prize table. To The Riverside Pk., and Betty's Restaurant for their generous gift certificates. Mostly to my wife for being so understanding during my long "skips to the Loo" and back...seems there's always someone along the way to talk to!!!
Hope to see ya'll next Sept.

Thanks for letting Marilyn and I stop by in our Scamp. Enjoyed meeting everyone we met and seeing some campers we've never seen before. We even saw 2 more Escapes on our way to North Bay; they were headed South on a flatbed for delivery to their new owners :-)

We would love to have you join us! Great excuse to drive across the country. That is one of the reasons I hit the Oregon rallies...
