I was wondering if the dates for the 2016 rally have been set yet? We are trying to plan a spring trip that will end up with us attending the rally. Our build sheet for our Escape is due in May 2016, so this would give us one last chance to reconsider some of the options that we've chosen.

Hi All,

We have not seen a new thread for the Townsend, TN 2016 Annual Eggscursion Rally. Based on the above, I think the rally is scheduled for April 15th to the 17th, 2016 at the Townsend, TN KOA in the Smokies.

My DW and I got a new to us '05 Casita 17' FD last month. We just got a new to us '09 Kia Borrego Limited V8 2WD as a TV. This will be our first rally with our Casita.

I just wanted to confirm the 2016 Rally and dates.

We rented a rustic cabin and attended a day at the Land Between the Lakes Fall Rally in early October, 2015. This confirmed our interests in an egg camper. We bought our Casita a month later!

The Townsend dates for next year are April 14-17, 2016.

After 8 years, this year (April 2015) was my last year hosting this event. The upcoming 2016 get together will happen and will be a self hosted event. There are many people already registered. As of right now there are no plans for scheduled activities and any activities will be up to the attendees.

If anything changes we will let you know.
