Thumbs up 2015, March: Green Eggs & Ham V

We're doing it again in March 2015! Location will be Gunter Hill COE close to Montgomery, AL. A full sched is planned with Chili Dump, camp fires, music, Gumbo Cookout, Pot Luck, Gift Exchange, Fiberglass Trailer Instructional Demos, etc... If you want to have fun, we'll see you there. I don't want to eat up band width... for more information go to A Home for Casita Travel Trailer Owners web site, under the Southeastern tab, select Green Eggs & Ham subfolder. Webmaster thanks for letting me post on your site. :-)
Best. Shorty sends...

Hello folks the GE&H V event is drawing near and I can’t wait! I am sick of the cold weather and look forward to seeing old friends and new ones as well. I come to you all with hat in hand in an effort to identify contact info for two participants… We have no contact info nor have we heard further from the following folks; Roger & Sandy, Site 63 and Lee & Teri, Site 25 from NC… If anyone can help ID a good email addy for these folks, please send it to me via PM or email. As always contact info will not be sold or shared outside of this event. Again thanks to the web master for allowing me to post this here. Best to all. Shorty sends...

2015, March: Green Eggs & Ham V

We've just reserved for Friday and Saturday nights. We're still worker ants, but should be able to make it down from Atlanta before dark Friday evening. Looks like about 180 miles.

Site 117, i think.

Edit, that's friday the 13th!

New Event Added To Schedule

There's a new event added to Green Eggs and Ham.

It will cover considerations of full-timing. If you're a full-timer or have been considering becoming one, then please bring a chair and join us at site #41 on Thursday, March 12th at 12:30p.m.

Good news is that you gain an hour between Atlanta and Alabama. We went there one year and were getting impatient with the people that were still camped in our spot, until we realized we were still on EST.

It is going to be sunny and in the upper 40's - low 50's next week back home in Northern Wisconsin.
With the predicted weather at Gunter Hill next week
maybe GE & Ham should move North next year ?
Its been a screwy winter this year !!

Any updates on the first days? We'll be down by dark tomorrow, hopefully in time for some gumbo!

We've been lucky wirh the rain, it's been staying away during most activities and seems to coincide with nap time :-)
Lot's more campers showed up yesterday. Looking forward to chili dump tonight and gumbo tomorrow!
