Barb and Alan will be there

We just freed up that window and were able to book site A30, one of the 2 ADA sites. I didn't check Donna's list, but the other ADA site is A13 and if available can be reserved by calling 800-452-5687. A permanent disability placard or license plate will be needed at check in. Good luck, good times.

I'm leaving in a couple of hours and this will be my last post about the Fall NOG... see y'all at the beach!

Well, it is what it is and we do have the meeting hall for the Friday and Saturday night get togethers.

Marilyn, we are going to have to cancel site B8, car "blew up" 60 miles from home this morning. We just made it home after having car to shop and neighbor towing the casita to our house. If you or anyone wants our site, I won't cancel until a little later, let me know. Carol, 541-633-3960

Been up for a few hours with the crazy wind here in Nehalem. Just dying down.

Can't wait until tomorrow to see this beautiful park.

Rolled in at sunset so just got my little egg stabilized when it got dark.

First long drive with hills and curvy roads. Definitely felt longer than 5 hours! MUST figure out kitchen cabinet supports! Lots of stuff flew about inside.

Been gusting outside to what feels like 40-45, winds were about 25-30 from 11pm -3 am, off and on. Could feel the Boler move and stuff rattle.

Had a great welcome and welcome parking assist from our neighbors from Washington -Kate and Paul (? I'm horrible with names). They were also our first sighting on the road here! Small world!

Hope everyone else here is cozy and warm in their eggs. Look forward to meeting folks tomorrow!

Lise, not traveling with my kid after all, instead with my best friend Steph.

I'm home! Actually got home yesterday about 3pm. I don't know about everyone else, but I had a terrific time. How can you not when camping with a great group of people? Sorry the weather was less than stellar, just made me appreciate the breaks in the wind and rain when they happened. I camped a couple of days before NOG with Gina at Cape Lookout and she said it was like camping in a car wash.

I hope folks post some pictures! I didn't take any. Too busy walkin' talkin' and gawkin'

ooooh.... WHO left me a beautiful bunch of flowers at my site on Saturday? I meant to say something at the potluck and it completely slipped my mind with everything else that was going on. I want you to know how much I appreciated your kindness. The flowers are beautiful and right now they're in a proper vase sitting here on the coffee table in my family room.

See y'all at Spring NOG!!

It was great fun, seeing a few old friends, and making a ton of new ones.

A great thanks to Donna for all the arranging to put on the NOG. We look forward to fitting another one in during future travels.

Oh, and as we prepare to depart Nehalem Bay State Park this morning, we are being blasted by sunshine. Go figure......
