Been up for a few hours with the crazy wind here in Nehalem. Just dying down.
Can't wait until tomorrow to see this beautiful park.
Rolled in at sunset so just got my little egg stabilized when it got dark.
First long drive with hills and curvy roads. Definitely felt longer than 5 hours! MUST figure out kitchen cabinet supports! Lots of stuff flew about inside.
Been gusting outside to what feels like 40-45, winds were about 25-30 from 11pm -3 am, off and on. Could feel the
Boler move and stuff rattle.
Had a great welcome and welcome parking assist from our neighbors from Washington -Kate and Paul (? I'm horrible with names). They were also our first sighting on the road here! Small world!
Hope everyone else here is cozy and warm in their eggs. Look forward to meeting folks tomorrow!
Lise, not traveling with my kid after all, instead with my best friend Steph.
