Would love to make it but it's in the RV center getting new tires, and a spare wheel along with having the bearing re-packed and the brakes checked. They said they can't start work on it for two weeks. Everyone is getting ready for the up-coming season! So it will be very tight. I seriously doubt that it will be out in time to make the fish fry. I would love to see other Burros and meet some of you as you all make it sound like a real family. Hope to make the next rally!

Well it looks like we will have to cancel our trip to the Fish Fry & Rally, We had site 33 reserved, but for the good news we just ordered a New Casita, the bad news can not get it until July. We are selling our 13 ft Scamp, so it is during this period we will be without a trailer. Sorry we have to miss this event as we were looking forward to our first rally. In any event if anyone needs site 33 it is now available.

Couldn't you tent camp or something? You don't need a camper to come.

Cindy, we could tent camp, but we really are just looking forward to our new purchase and will use the money we would spend for that weekend towards our trip to Rice. We will make the Rally's as soon as we get the new unit, but thanks for making us feel welcome even without a trailer.

PS: Will be listing the 2000 13 Scamp very soon so if anyone is interested let me know.

Steve

I'm glad to know you guys are coming. Our tent camping friends Dave and Sharon are also considering a trailer in the future, and I remember when I met in TN last month, you said you opted for the Egg because of environmental allergy problems. Sharon has the same issues and is very much looking forward to seeing your trailer.

Last map update. I'm shoving off tomorrow to make a week of it so any last minute updates can be pencilled in. See you next weekend.

Thanks! But to give credit where it's due, it's Roy and Karen's event. They do all the hard work. I'm just chipping in.

Autumn is doing well this year, I'm not so hot. I've got a procedure scheduled and won't be making it to Spring Mill this year. I'll be freeing up our reservation shortly. Wishing you all eggcelent weather, we know that the fish, fixin's, and fellowship will be good.

Sorry you can't make it Jim and Autumn. Maybe in the fall.

To the others; Don't forget your water hoses if you use them. The sites have water. I used almost 75' since the spigot was across the site.

Drizzly this morning.

Just letting everyone know that Kevin and I will not be able to come down to Indiana today due to an emergency at one of the schools in his district. He needs to be around to visit with the police and press later today. No one was hurt... just a precautionary measure, but we need to stay home this weekend. Hope everyone has a great time!
