Thanks, Al! I don't know what you did to get my photos on, but it worked!

The lady on the left in the 2nd photo is Marj.

The couple climbing the final trail to the castle on Whiteface Mtn are Martha and Harold.

I'm going to try uploading a photo again. I just can't believe that I can't do it, too!

I'm going to try th photo of the Panoramic Poster at the top of Whiteface. Here goes!

Ann, chances are it is the way you have it saved on your computer or disk.

First, I notice that there are spaces in your file name. You can do that on your computer, but I don't think that works on uploads here. Take out all the spaces, then save as a .jpg or .gif. Once you do that and they are within the size range, they will load easily.

Oooo, that's a cute welcome sign!

Ann, when you name your picture file on your computer, it needs to have ''.jpg'' at the end of the filename. It needs to also be saved in JPEG format for our photo uploads to work.

(''.gif'' and GIF format will also work, but these days the JPEG seems to be more common for photos.)

sorry to have missed the mini rally. we were in Saranac Lake attending my wife's family reunion that Sat. and had to leave immediately for Newport, RI to attend our daughters wedding.
hopefully there will be another rally in the Adk's High Peaks in the near future. would love to camp out with fellow Scamp owners there.
