Yes, yes it is! It's really big, really busy and they like to eat too! Oh my stars, you should see the potluck. It's immense.

We're already planning a Fall NOG and it's at the beach! http://www.fiberglassrv.com/forums/f...ing-56050.html

Cool

Ah the plans of mice and men

So one of my many hats at our Costco here on the Oregon Coast is payroll clerk on the primary clerk's days off. Another hat i wear is resident computer network geek. Well we are getting a newfangled payroll software upgrade and the two day training class is Thursday and Friday of the event and i was begged by the manager to attend...Soooooo.... My dearly beloved is going to drive our Van+Parkliner on the maiden voyage from the Coast to the conference center in Beaverton Friday afternoon and pick me up at Four-Ish when we are done. Then it will be down to Salem to see You'All by Six-Ish ready to swap that beer.

Cameron at Parkliner has been in contact with our transporter (Roger) and the unit will be ready for pick up Tuesday 9th at 3pm with delivery planned for this weekend on the coast.

Thom

Wink

just a bit later arrival than i'd planned. I had Thurs/Fri/Sat/Sun off on our calendar waaaay back when the reservations were made. So when i say "Begged" to go, that is sort of an understatement...i think he would have prepared the fatted calf and sold his first born to get me to say yes. Ah to be loved

If your reservation was for Thursday and now you're coming in on Friday after 1pm, don't forget to call and let them know... otherwise, according to the rules they can give your site away!

our reservations for A45 is for Friday & Saturday nites...so we should be good to go with the Friday evening arrival?? We've only stayed at a for-pay-campground one other time so we don't know the rules other than being a good neighbor.

Glad you reminded us about Disc Golf - we'll bring our bag of discs if anyone wants to join us or borrow them, it's a fun course. Also don't forget your bikes there are some nice trails in the park. (Last time we were on the bike trail in the Spring there was a volunteer out feeding the western bluebirds at a nesting box along the trail).

Cari and i will have our RC Rock Crawlers with us for any who want to try them out. They are our answer to having two "pets" to take on walks...without the clean-up.

Am going to have to change that photo of that horrible Airstream to a photo of my new-to-me 2005 Bigfoot 25'er. I pick it up next week in Duluth, Minnesota so I WILL be in A-19 for the NOG (arriving Friday afternoon). Sorry Brandy. I hope that you will be able to get a site and join in on the fun!

Smile Group Camping

Donna,

I notice that there is a group camp area. Why have we never used that?

PS: Is B loop first come first served?

PPS: I have a lead on a site. Brian and Maria emailed me and offered me their site, (A-37) A couple of questions. Is there an order to the waiting list or can I just jump in and take this offer? Second, I thought I saw a process posted on how to do this.
