I have booked E16. Hope the walk is not too far. Are there many children present. I can bring my Santa Suit or summer Santa Suits for the occasion. Any geocaching this year. Hope to see everyone then. Brian

Great site on the lake, not too far from our Rally area. There were some kids there last year. Will have to talk to Maureen to see if she will be geocaching again this year.

We have just come back from two Egg rallies this year and had a great time! This event is coming up fast as the weeds are really high in the yard from our last time away!!! Yes, we are still doing geocaching! It takes us to so many new areas that we don't know of. So if anyone wants any tips on geocaching, come and look us up at the event! We can give any tips to anyone who wants to know anything about geocaching! Look forward to seeing everyone!

Thanks Maureen I will add the geocashing to the list of events. Is Saturday morning ok with you, same as last year? I was going to ask you about it but just got back from a trip my self and had little time to do much myself.

See you at the Rally.

2012 Manitoba Rally

2 weeks till the Rally, just checked the St Malo site and see there are lots of Basic sites available yet in Section E has 7 sites, Section F has 29 sites and Section G has 17 sites.

The long range weather forcast looks like perfect camping weather.

If you have not registered yet now it the time to do it. I would not risk trying to get a site by just driving up the weekend of the rally.

Did someone cancel? I just went to the online reservation system and there is an electric site for the 17/18 in Bay 11, site 14 E. There is also an electric site in Bay 4, 11 E.

So, for those of you who have to have electricity, there is a chance.

2012 Manitoba Rally

Just checked the St Malo web site and Electrical Site Bay 11 Site 14E is still available. Very surprised as it has now been available for over 20 hours. If anyone wants to switch from Basic to Electrical I would suggust calling the Parks System and switching it right away.

Hi fellow fiberglass RVers! We have cancelled out camp spot for the weekend because we don't think we be back from another trip. We're going to try and come out on Sunday. If anyone wants our site it's up for grabs on the provinces reservation site.. Apparently it has a tree :P

It's section A, 02. It's non electrical but maybe closer to the action than some other sites!

We hope everyone has a super weekend and maybe we'll see a few of you on Sunday!

Finally I'm back in Winnipeg again! Great to see and hear all the excitement building, looks like another strong showing this year with trailers from Ontario, Saskatchewan, Manitoba and a variety of USA locations.
As many have mentioned the sites are getting limited but still some available.

Only a few more days till we hit the road & arrive at St. Malo. Got the trailer cleaned & ready to pack. Have our geocaching gear ready to go & GPS's being loaded with caches for the area. Looking forward to helping anyone who wants to learn about geocaching & to go and find some caches in the park! It is a great sport for kids & everyone! Looking forward to the weekend & seeing everybody again. Looks like the weather is going to be great too! See you all there! We are in Bay 4, campsite #5.
