Time for the winter warm-up sign-up! When the weather is really cold, rainy, windy, snowy, why not join in the fun for a bit of a warm-up time in the Southern Ca. desert. The dates of Feb. 9 - 11, check out the 12th, (only if you like) or stay a spell and enjoy our generally beautiful winter weather near Palm Springs.

The place............. The Beautiful Riverside County Park , "Lake Cahuilla", at the base of the Santa Rosa Mts. in La Quinta, Ca.

Make your reservations now, the park is wide open at the moment on those dates. Reserve your site ASAP so that you won't miss out on the fun of yet another unforgettable event!

Online: Riversidecountyparks.org or 800-234-7275

Sites 4 - 26 even numbers, or
Sites 45 - 59 odd numbers

Wes and I have reserved site 2 so we can greet all you happy campers as you arrive!
There are many exciting events and sites to visit in the area and just over the hill is the beautiful Joshua Tree National Park. All within just a hop-skip-and-a-jump from Lake Cahuilla!

OK, I feel incredibly stupid.

I can see nowhere in the county parks area to sign up for online reg. I go to the ressie home page, no link, I go to the park, go thru the motions of reserving, no promt for me to sign up. I asks me for my log on info, but gives me no option to set up an account.

Where is it?

A few months ago, they didn't even have this site..

Click on: Online Reservations http://www.riversidecountyparks.org/...servations.asp
Click on: Lake Cahuilla (requires Flash)

Change the dates, Click Search...

Finish etc...

Been there, done that.

It didn't like Firefox

It gave me the options in IE. I am in space 68 (I don't need no stinkin' hook ups) and am right on the lake.

Mine did not have the lower options to click to make the ressie.

All else seemed fine.. flash is OK.

May be time to check for updates, or Verizon hates it.. haven't a clue, but its done now anyway.

Firefox worked great for me, too. Maybe it's because Gina uses Windoze?

java script:emoticon('', 'smid_10') < this doesn't work on my Mac
