End of the Year

Wow I was just looking at the Rally Map and noticed the year is coming to an end and winter will soon be here.

1 Rally ends today and only 1 more Rally this year is in Dec in TX.

Where does the time go and why is summer so short?

I don't see the effects of the so called Global Warming with what seems to be summers getting shorter and winters getting longer, or is that just me?

My Boler is packed away for the winter and am already looking for places to go next summer. Not retired yet and don't have the luxury of taking my Boler to a warmer place for the winter.

Yep, winter is a bummer. We usually have to cut back camping to only one week a month from November to the end of Feb. But that leaves us with at least 8 months of summer come March 1st. LOL

Wink

Rick, while we don't see ourselves able to get back to Manlitobah any time soon (our loss) but IF you are looking for 'another' destination, why not consider the drive (summertime is most pleasant) out here to the Best Coast or even over to Vancouver Island? Many beautiful places to see here AND in the North West of America?

2016 Rally Map

Hi Rick,
You're right, this year did blow by! It feels like just last month Carol & I launched the 2015 rally map. FYI, I'm working on the 2016 map as I working my way across the country to Washington State (I'm in South Dakota now). I plan to have the 2016 map link posted by Mid-November.
