We're looking forward to starting our week of vacation time by seeing everyone! Sounds like good weather, too. Sorry we can only be there the one night, though (29th). I don't have enough vacation days to make it longer. And think of it... 2 VTs in one place. Might be a modern record!

I am local Michigan, but could not attend this weekend. I'd be very interested in another MI event! My girlfriend has a Scamp and I have a Uhaul 13CT. We're both going to the vintage trailer fall campout at Camp Dearborn in Milford Mi (9/23 to 9/26). We camped at the spring event (very cooool) and there were a couple of other FG rigs in attendance. I remember a Boler and not sure what the other one was. If any other FG'rs want to camp that weekend, there are usually unused sites that can be reserved closer to the camp weekend date. And there are all sorts of great trailers to tour on the Saturday open house. I think it costs $17 a night for water/electric site.

Just a quick note to say it was great meeting up with our friends, both old and new. It was nice to put some faces to the names and meet new people. The impromptu pot luck came together remarkably well. My compliments to the chef's. And yes Jim, the cucumbers fresh from your garden were a hit!

BTW, I finally figured out my bug bites were actually from Chiggers in OH10 a few days earlier.

You might have gotten them in PA too. I did last year.
Your Canada biting critters have done a good job on me. We had a beautifcul site on Lake Huron on Manitoulin Is, but I got so chewed up, I had a hard time enjoying it.

Two VTs in one pix - Gotta be a rarity

Just thought I would post a couple of rare pix from the impromptu MI gathering. Later, I will post the rest. I wanted to test how to post pix anyway under this new format.
