When I made my reservation, I asked if people could bring their pets-the man said `no`. But, when I printed my confirmation letter-it said pets must be restrained-so I guess he was wrong.
I think the printed rules are correct. When making your reservation-please ask-maybe you will talk to someone different than I did.
I will also have a sign on our tow vehicle so you will know which camper we are.
I know this is short notice-but this year is so busy-that was about the only time available.
Next year=more notice will be given.
I think this will be fun-to meet news friends and see each trailer!

We had just bought our trailer in Il. and was outside Galena, Il. getting gas-a man came over and asked what the trailer was. We explained to him and he wanted to look inside. We usually get plenty of lookers.

Oh, my---I just saw this---let me check with my husband---this would be great practice for us! I hope they do allow the dogs, as we were hoping to make this camper a "family" travel home.

Yea!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! We're coming! Just reserved w09. So excited! The website (and regulations for Federal sites) said pets are allowed as long as they are restrained or on leash. Like I'd let my puggies roam around! They'd probably go home with anyone who said HI to them!!

We're really going to look like newbies--no laughing! Can't wait to see RC's camper, as I was eyeing that EXACT one you bought (but didn't have the OK from hubby then!) It sure would have been a lot closer drive than Arizona was to get our Perris Pacer!

Robin--I hope you can come!!! Our VBS starts that Monday, June 14 (and I'm in charge)--but I'll just have to be ready before I leave---cause I want to camp with you guys!!!!

For the fishermen that are coming to Perry Lake, Ks rally-you will need a Ks. state fishing license if you want to fish there. I was told the game warden will be checking.

I have made some new catfish bait-will see how it works.

Rock Creek Park - Campsite fees are $18.00 for 50-amp electrical/water sites, $17.00 for electric/water sites, $16.00 for electric only sites and $12.00 for non-electric sites from May 1 through September 30. The 568 acre park is located on the west side of the lake. Facilities include: 108 designated campsites (51 with electrical and water), boat ramp, dump station, reservable group shelter house, shower/latrine, courtesy dock, fish cleaning stations and playground.

Thanks y'all. It's coming upon us in a couple weeks, does anyone know for sure about dogs? I asked when I called and made reservations and of course I was talking to someone in another state at a call center. They said their info says no animals but I can't imagine a park that wouldn't allow a dog on a leash???? I may just bring mine anyway and see what happens. I love my doggins!!!

Their website says "Pets must be restrained." What kind of dog(s) do you have? We have 2 pugs.
