JUST made my reservation, I'll be in space #33 from Thurs-Monday. I'm really looking forward to this trip, it will be my very first FBRV rally EVER! I look forward to meeting you all and having a fun weekend eyeing everybody's rigs and mods! HUGS!

Hey everybody,
I was just curious to know if anybody has planned any teachings/demonstrations for this rally yet? I know at the beginning of the thread it sounded like anybody could do one if they wanted, so just wondering...
I'm not able to demonstrate or anything, I'm more of wanting to see/learn/etc! hehe Like I ran out and bought a dutch oven, but I have no idea how to cook with it!!! So I was kind of HOPING there'd be one of those demo's...hehe Or I would LOVE to see more about solar systems...
Actually I take it back, I do have a skill, as a collector of old Coleman items, if someone has a Coleman appliance that's not working, bring it by and I'd be happy to take a look at it... It's not much, but hey, I'm trying to contribute! hehe

So now that I've meandered through all that, is there anything on the mellow schedule yet? Just wondering...

Wow, Joe. . . you must have been reading my mind!!! I'm waiting for my first solar panel and controller to arrive and was hoping one of the solar gurus at the rally could advise me about rigging up the 12 volt system. I also have purchased a lot of LEDs. I would definitely be interested in a demo on either of these subjects or even one on pressure cooking.

Oh yeah, is anyone interested in having a boutique beer exchange/ appetizer mixer? This will be my first rally, too and reading all the threads on the Oregon Gathering has got me excited about the possibilities!

Because we have the wine tasting, we have not planned the beer exchange. We've left that to the Oregon group.
