Hi Mike & Lori,

I noticed you don't have "paid" beside my name. Maybe it is because I only paid you for two nights and will pay the park for the first night of three nights? At any rate, let me know if there's a problem.

I have a friend who is interested in seeing a 13' fiberglass trailer. She said she'd like to visit on Sat. if there will be any 13' trailers available to look at. She knows they are not necessarily for sale, but I've told her we usually have open house on Sat. sometime. Could you tell me if you expect 13' trailers to be there? I know Joy has a 13' Scamp, but don't know if she'll be bringing her trailer or staying with someone else.

Thanks for your help!

Marie

Marie,

We will have our 13ft Boler if we don't have a new to us Bigfoot which probably isn't going to happen before the rally.

Marie, Thanks for double checking us.

I’m sure everything is OK, but I’ll have Lori check her notes. I’m sure she’ll get back to you.

Thanks Lizbeth. I realized too late that I only need to look at all three pages to figure out who has what. So far as I can tell, you and Joy Avila are the only two 13' ers who will be there, but I'll let my friend know. I think she is getting excited about the opportunity to see a few fiberglass rv's. I hope you get your new trailer soon -- but not TOO soon.

We have a 13' Casita, as do the Ashby's. I think (wish my memory of names was better) there is a second Boler in addition to Lizbeth's as well. That would make a total of five 13' trailers from three manufacturers in attendance.

Hi folks,

There will be one less 13 footer. Something has come up and Lily & I won't be there. I definitely attend next year.

Sorry to miss all of you I've never met and see the rest of you down the road.

Thanks for the info, Bill. Without Joy and her Scamp (I'm sad she & Lily won't be there), we should then have four 13 footers. I think Cathleen will be thrilled to see four.

Mike and Lori (or anyone else), are there any plans for activities yet?

Rosemary mentioned that she would like to check out any local wineries. Does anyone know anything about that? Her husband Steve is attending too, so he can be added to The List next time it's updated.

YES.

We are currently camping/working on our retirement place in the High Sierras.

This coming week we will (hopefully) start pulling it all together. Is there anything special you would like to see/do.

We are planning a movie night or two. Dutch Oven & potluck dinner Saturday night. Several wineries are close by. Open trailer Saturday morning. What else would you like?

Lucky you!

That about covers it! The movie night was very fun. Let us know what we can do to help.

Our family really enjoys Mission San Antonio, in large part because of its setting. While y'all head out to the vineyards, we can take the kids (and anyone else interested) to the mission.

Movie night sounds like a fun idea, too.... How about this one? Heh-heh.

It's a good thing "The Critic" has other plans.
I have that one on VHS that I play on my TV during "Open Trailer" at every rally we attend.
Robert has gotten tired of seeing it, but he's not coming this time.

I have Wallace and Gromit's "The Curse Of The Were Rabbit" on DVD that I've haven't seen yet and would be willing to bring for Movie Night.

Jen,

Mission San Antonio is an interesting place to visit. Also, William Randolph Hearst of Hearst Castle fame, built a Hacienda in the area that can be visited.

YES! The Hacienda is FABULOUS! I stayed there a few years back. What a great spot if you can do without cable and a phone or even ensuite living. HEY! Wait a minute! I think we ALL meet (most of) those qualifications!
