Announcing the Third Letchworth Fiberglass Rally taking place Sept 11-15(four nights Tuesday through Friday, departure Saturday). Letchworth Park is located about 60 miles east of Buffalo and 40 miles south of Rochester, near the town of Geneseo NY.

Wagonmaster Ray Johnson is again heading up the event.

There are 8 camping loops in the campgrounds. We will be gathering in the "200" loop, which is one of the two loops that are "pet-friendly".

To place a reservation, have your credit card ready and call 800-326-3521 or log onto www.reserveamerica.com

Request a campsite number in the 200's. Once you have a reservation, please contact Dick Freed at richfreed@aol.com, or phone 814-449-9596.

We will need the following information: 1) Names of all attending; 2) City & state; 3) Site number; 4) Dates attending; 5) SOI number; 6) size and year of (Scamp or other fiberglass) trailer. (All this information is used only for making name tags for the event.)

Owners of Scamp, Casita or other fiberglass trailers are encouraged to attend. Space is limited, so be sure to make your reservations as soon as possible.

How many people do you usually get to your event?

I think it is around a 4 hour drive from Toronto.
I'm thinking of coming!!! yippi!

Do you have any pics from years past? I've never been to any kind of rally before. What events happen?

Thanks, Sue!

Usually we have 15 to 20 trailers, around 35 people. I do have some pictures of the park (very beautiful area!)

Events last year included:

Potluck dinners (2)
Evening campfires
Craft session (This year may be basket making... have to make sure the person involved is coming this year)
Evening trip to Ponderosa Steak House in Geneseo
Tech Session -- We try to answer problems and questions about the "care and feeding" of our little eggs
Hiking and/or biking in the park
Tour of the Mount Morris Dam
Coffee and donuts for closing Saturday morning.

Hope to see you there!

Hi All,

We made our reservation in the Grand Canyon of the East ... we'll be in space 222 ... all three of us Ron, Carole and Molly (our bear bait ... she's a mini-dacshound/chihuahua ... well, would you believe raccoon bait? ). We plan to arrive Tuesday and leave Saturday.

Looking forward to meeting you all there.

Looking forward to seeing Letchworth and meeting new eggheads. We've got site #235 Tuesday through Friday night. If all goes well and her meds are on board our geriatric terrier mix will be with us too.

Hi all,

With a week to go, I was just wondering if there's any plan or do we figure that out when we get there?

Also how many have we got coming?

Thanks
