Donna, et al,

Had a great time at the spring NOG. It was cold for campfire gatherings, but the daytime sun helped a lot and thank God for electric space heaters.

Looking at the pictures, I had no idea there were waterfalls and paths like depicted. We did have a good time going down to Sweet Home, just love that name. They have an excellent museum there, and a covered bridge. Actually several foot ones but one BIG one.

BTW you may recognize some of the persons in the picture.

Thanks for all your disorganized organization.

Norma and I are newbies. Our first event was this gathering at Waterloo and it was way beyond our best exectations. First Kudos and thank yous to Donna and all others that were instrumental in "Not Organizing" the gathering. We had a great time, ate some terrific food, learned a bunch and made some really special new friends. What could be better ? We will be at Bandon and Stub Stewart and look forward to seeing you all again. Hopefully I will be able to incorporate some of the neat modifications I saw on other eggs by the time we go to Bandon. Looking forward to seeing you all again soon !!

We had a great time too, seems we missed a few things in our exploring, I would have like to see the museum and water falls, the evenings were a little chilly, but hey! we had a blast! great food, great people, and that mexican train game! It was a pleasure to meet Lou and Laura and Bill (wanders). Hope to see you all again, in the fall. Thanks to all for a great time!

WOW!

I thought we had a far distance to Waterloo at 250 miles. The Twin Falls people had 550 miles!

But somehow, I think the computer map distances are bogus. They show us going 600 miles, Kent to Waterloo to Ilwaco to Kent. But my odometer said 709!

Besides freezing, because, no doubt, of global warming, we also had a great time.

BTW: another triumph for EGGS! We averaged about 22 mpg.

Hey Folks;
Here's a link to some pics from the most recent NOG, April of 2009.
I didn't have time to do much photo-shopping or captions, but I'm sure you get the general idea on all of them.
I particularly like to one that Donna D looks like she's preaching!

Cheers,
Rich

Those are fantastic pics Rich. You and Deb sure did get around. Nice of you to share the sights that others may not have seen.

This is a test, as I have not done this before.

I have posted two *.mov panoramas and a *.jpg flat panorama photo on the Casita Club.com from the Spring, 2009 NOG.

Here are the addresses:

2009_Spring_NOG_Pan_1.MOV

2009_Spring_NOG_pan_2.MOV

The more detailed explanations of the panoramas are on that forum.

and here is the flat panorama:
