Orginally posted by Thomas and Janifer

Droping in is OK, just be prepaired. But now it's safe, in the winter the attire changes to more warm wear.
I guess my Tom says ok, because I started out with the rendition of the topics of the day (which I do everyday as he will not get close to the computer) I said" morgan asked'Do you have a trailer pad with hookups? '" and He (my Tom) startes listing the RV plug, water, etc. we have. He didn't go and put up a locked gate.

did that make since?

We are getting prepaired for the show Tuesday morning. Thanks for bringing it up.
Yes, JJ, that made sense. :)

I hope you have clear skies for viewing. :wave

In another post somewhere, you mentioned language class. Are you studying Lenape?

class

"Are you studying Lenape?"
yep :yep well, really I'm teaching it, but learning it too. I start out taking the class, but didn't learn enough so figured the best way was to help. Got carried away as usual. Just finished a college class on lesson planning. Also took Choctaw. fun stuff. and I hated English in school. go figuer.

With the full moon, the viewing wasn't ideal anywhere.

I drove far out in the desert away from the lights. I probably saw 200 or so between 03:00 and 04:00 MST. It wasn't anywhere near as good as last year's Leonid Meteor Shower.

I saw one that came right toward me and exploded, awesome.

JJ, did you remember to wear your shower cap?

Well, no!! Duh? was that my problem? no shower cap. If that had kept my nose warm, I'd of worn two.
I saw mine dust/stars between 3:30 and 4:00. probly left just before all the good stuff, but I didn't want p-numonia. Tried to sit again at about 4:15, but had lost the desire. who cares, i'm cold additude appeared. Sounds like yours was worth the trip. I liked they way one would go down then the next would go up, never know what they were going to do where.

JJ

The peak there was at 02:30, maybe you got out a little too late.

Sorry it was cold for your nose, should have worn your balaclava. :winter
