Very interesting modification to a Compact II with a permanent upper roof and unique location for the air conditioner. I'd love to see photos of the interior.

Never ceases to amaze me that a shower and toilet can be installed in such a small rig. Love to see some photo's of that set up.

Just a few hours of work and it will be worth $6000 to $8000...

R.

(I see this sort of thing so often; I guess a lot of sellers have an easier way to make $500+ per hour.... )

PS: I don't meant to sound snippy; I guess I just fall into the "present what you have at a fair price and it will sell without making grandiose claims" camp. And besides, won't people's trust level just go down if they see something that just doesn't add up? I mean obviously if just a bit of work would double the value, the seller would do it in most cases.

I don't know Raya.. if someone is willing to do most of the work and then sell it without finishing it all. It's possible that they need the $$$$ and just don't have any more to put in. They may be amongst the many that are just trying to save their homes. The benefit goes to the buyer in being able to finish it to their preferences.
Most unfinished trailers are able to be used while still a "work in progress"
