"Trailer is 95% refurbished on inside. It is ready to camp now, just needs a little trim work on the inside. I was in an accident and broke ribs in 5 places on my left side and dislocated some bones in my right wrist. It's going to be a while before I can work on the trailer.
I have replaced the entire fresh water system. New exterior water fill, all hoses are new, new water tank, new electric pump. and new 3 way sink faucet. Brand new 2 burner range top with griddle burner. All Ensolite seams have been redone with seam tape. The original
propane adjustable convection
furnace works well as does the 3 way
refrigerator. Cushions are in fair condition with no stains, odors or rips. It has a new
escape hatch in ceiling as well as a standard vent hatch with an electric fan. Every rivet in the trailer has been replaced and sealed with rivet caps. The 10 inch trailer
brakes are completely new from the backing plates to new wiring. The 12V wiring has all been redone. The original
tail lights have been refurbished and the clearance
lights are new. There is no 110v wiring in the trailer. There are 3 12v
lights inside the trailer.The
tires on the ground are about a year old and have about 400 miles on them.
The exterior is in fair shape for 32 year old trailer. The
propane tank is an old style and needs to be replaced. It's about 1/2 full.
The opening in the sink cabinet is where the original converter used to be.
