I've had this about 8 years. I bought it in Florida and towed it back to Tulsa. I believe it is a 1984 (I'll have to check the title). The shell on these looks Identical to the 13'
Uhaul trailers. I bought it for bicycle trips and ended up camping with my oldest girl a bunch with it. Then came child #2. Now it's to small for the four of us and my wife gets mad if she is left out. I made a trip to Rice, Texas last month and ordered a brand new 17'
Casita. I have to make room for the new trailer, so this one is up
for sale (my wife keeps telling me to keep it, we can have 2, I think she's joking but I can't tell). It has new
tires, new wheel bearings and races, all new bushings in the suspension. It's ready for you to tow it home. I would feel 100% confident you could tow it from one end of the United States to the other without any problems. It has new carpet. The floor is absolutely rock solid everywhere. The frame is rock solid also.
Furnace works (propane). A/C works. Stove works (propane). It has a water tank (looks like about 15 gallon) I never hooked the sink or water faucet back up after the remodel (just never had a need for it), but have all the parts and will be working on that this weekend. It has a new power converter panel. And all new wiring. I love this trailer and never thought I would be selling it, but since I'm getting a new one I won't miss it too much. Located in Tulsa, Oklahoma. $3750
