This is a custom deluxe camper trailer by Scamp, 16' long and weighing only 1600 pounds. It is 19 years old but has been kept in excellent condition and used sparingly. The interior is arrayed with custom oak cabinets that have been kept oiled and are in immaculate condition. The floor is solid. The windows are all leak-free. Once in a while a rivet hole in the roof will break its original factory sealant from age and I'll have to slop a little silicone around it but in general leaks are not an issue. A past leak that has long been fixed caused some swelling and cracking in the countertop around the sink, but it's relatively minor. The exterior has been kept waxed 1-2 times a year since I've had it about 6 years now. It was never a northern resident until I moved to VT this winter, so rust is not a big issue. Features: AC, heater, fridge that runs on propane or "shore power" 110 or 12V, three-burner propane stove, 2-gallon propane water heater, bathroom with flush toilet and sink with shower head, sink, spare tire, good 12V battery that recharges from vehicle while driving, drum brakes that take power from tow vehicle with power sending unit that I will throw in, anti-sway bar. All systems work fine, including tail and running lights/blinkers (water pump and toilet have slight leakage that will need attention one day). I used to tow it up and down mountains with a Subaru 4-cylinder. Not many like this around.
