This trailer is in very good shape. Casitas are the fiberglass versions of Airstreams. Very light weight, easy to tow. It comes with roof AC, toilet/shower room, microwave, 3-way fridge, dual propane tanks. We have spent many, many nights on the road so I would not say the trailer is in excellent shape, but everything works perfectly.

Unfortunately our finances require us to sell it. Our loss is your gain. I would buy another Casita (and plan to when times get better).
