Have a 2007 17' Casita Spirit Deluxe with pretty much the works. It is like brand new---bathroom has never been used---only taken on one trip by non-smoking owner. It is located in Sandwich, IL and we are asking $15,000. We will entertain reasonable offers. Casita has a 4 month waiting list for these and the new base price is $16,000. The floor plan is the one with the double bed in back and the twin on the side. I think that is the standard Spirit floor plan.
