Rare 1954 Ranger
Fiberglass Pop Up Trailer. Only 200 made by Hille Manufacturing in Anaheim, CA. Not that many still exist (I've heard maybe a dozen). You may recognize this trailer by the 1953 Ford tail
light assemblies on the rear. Funky Junk Farms has one and so does the Elkhart Trailer Museum. The water tank is just behind the hitch. We accomplished quite a bit towards it's restoration, but have decided to consolidate our trailer collection down to two trailers. This past year we put in a new canvas from Canvas Replacements, 3 new foam beds with red plaid upholstery material , spent $1000 on having damaged wood rebuilt by a professional carpenter, new
tires, 1953 Ford hubcaps, new bearings and grease, both
windows replaced. Ice box was restored. Sink is in great shape, will need drain hooked up. Original red laminate counters in great shape. We'll include a Coleman stove in the deal. You can camp in it now and finish the restoration process later. It still needs some wood replacement and birch shelves replaced, some
fiberglass repair by hitch, etc. The door is not original but we have the orig. door handle. We have $4000 invested in it and are asking $3800 or any reasonable offer considered. Located in Northern California. If you are a vintage Ford owner, this is the trailer for you! Serious inquiries only please.
